Process

How we work together

  1. Tell us what you need

You tell us which employees you need – position, number, location and start date.

  2. Candidate search

We search for suitable candidates and check experience, qualifications and documents in advance.

  3. Interview

You meet selected candidates – on site or by video – and make the decision yourself.

  4. Documents & organisation

We assist with the administrative steps and the preparation of the required documents.

  5. First working day

Your new employee arrives and starts with you. We remain your contact person.

Your responsibilities as an employer

For hiring to run smoothly, we only need a few things from you:

  • Describe the job requirements clearly
  • Interview the proposed candidates
  • Offer an employment contract on terms customary in Germany
  • For candidates from abroad, provide the required employer details and signatures
  • Induction on the first working day – and accommodation if you wish

Frequently asked questions from employers

What does recruitment cost?

Costs depend on the position, number of hires and scope of services – you receive an individual offer. Payment is made in stages along the process, not all up front.

How soon can the employees start?

Candidates who already live in Germany can often start at short notice. For candidates from abroad, the duration depends on the country of origin, the Federal Employment Agency, the German embassy and the individual case – in many cases around 6–10 weeks. We keep you informed at every step.

Are the employees employed by us or by you?

Directly by you. You sign the employment contract with the employees – this is not temporary agency work.

Do we get to meet the candidates first?

Yes. You receive detailed profiles and interview candidates first, also by video. The decision is yours.

What conditions must our job offer meet?

For candidates from non-EU countries, the Federal Employment Agency checks, among other things, that pay and working conditions match those of comparable employees in Germany. We point out the usual requirements and assist with preparing the documents; the authority makes the binding decision.

How much effort is it for us as an employer?

As little as possible. We assist with preparing applications and documents – you review, sign and hire.

What happens if a visa is refused?

If a visa application is rejected, we review the reason with you and assess which next steps are possible.

What if an employee quits shortly after starting?

We specifically select candidates who want to work in Germany and with you long term. In addition, part of our fee only becomes due once the employee has worked for you for one month.

How good is the candidates’ German?

It varies by candidate. We tell you each candidate’s language level honestly in advance – so you know what to expect.

Do you help with accommodation?

Yes. If you do not provide accommodation, we help your new employees find a place to live.

What is the Western Balkans Regulation?

The Western Balkans Regulation allows nationals of Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia to work in Germany. It requires a concrete job offer and the approval of the Federal Employment Agency. For drivers: licences from Albania, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia and Serbia – including classes C and CE – are converted in Germany without a theory or practical test (Annex 11 of the German Driving Licence Regulation). The professional driver qualification (Code 95) is required in addition.

Can we book back-office services only?

Yes. Our back-office services can be booked independently of recruitment – for companies in logistics and other industries. We agree the scope together; costs depend on the scope.

Which regions do you cover?

Nationwide. We place staff with companies throughout Germany.
